Use a template
- 1Open Templates
Filter by category or search by name. Build from scratch takes you to Automations instead.
- 2Select Use
ChatPeak creates a draft Instagram automation with the template's complete flow and opens it in the flow builder.
- 3Fill in the brackets
Replace every text in square brackets, such as
[paste your link here], and adjust the keywords. Flow checks do not catch brackets you forgot. - 4Test and publish
Run the flow in Test flow, then select Publish.

| Webinar sign-up | DM keyword | Offers a seat with buttons, sends the link to everyone who accepts and checks in an hour later. |
| Story reply thank you | Story reply | Thanks everyone who replies to a story and tags them, at most once a day per person. |
| Price with follower perk | DM keyword | Answers price questions and gives followers a discount code the others do not get. |
| Help menu | DM keyword | Shows buttons for common questions and tags everyone whose answer matches none of them needs-human. |
| Quote request with nudge | DM keyword | Asks what someone needs and sends one reminder if nobody replies within 4 hours. |
