Set up an Instagram auto reply

Automatic replies through the Instagram API need a business or creator account. Switching is free in the Instagram app settings.

Auto replies that do not annoy people
- Keywords match whole words
priceanswers "What's the price?" but not "priceless". Capital letters do not matter. - A greeting only once a day
An automation without keywords answers any DM, but the same person gets it at most once every 24 hours.
- Varied public replies
Add up to five public replies for comments and ChatPeak picks one at random, so your comment section does not repeat the same line.
- Different answers for different people
Conditions check follower status, tags or the words in a message, so followers and first-time visitors can get different replies.
When a person should answer
Every auto reply and every answer to it lands in the ChatPeak inbox. Pick up any conversation by hand. Inside 24 hours after the person's last message, your reply goes out normally; for up to 7 days it goes out with Instagram's human agent tag, which Meta allows for replies written by a person.
