Quick Start Guide

Welcome to ChatPeak! This guide will walk you through connecting your first social account and launching your first automation in under 10 minutes.

You'll need an Instagram Business or Creator account, or a TikTok Business account to get started. Personal accounts are not supported by the platforms' APIs.

Step 1: Connect your social account

Navigate to Settings, then Integrations, and click "Add account." You'll be redirected to authenticate with Instagram or TikTok. Grant the requested permissions — ChatPeak only requests the minimum scopes needed to send and receive messages.

Step 2: Create your first keyword trigger

Go to Automations, then New Automation. Choose "Keyword Trigger" as the trigger type. Enter your keyword (e.g., "LINK", "INFO", "PRICE") — when anyone comments this word on your posts, ChatPeak will fire a DM automatically.

Example
Trigger: Comment contains "LINK"
Action: Send DM -> "Hey! Here's the link you asked for: [your-url]"
Condition: Only new followers -> Add to contact list

Step 3: Go live

Toggle your automation to "Live" status. ChatPeak will begin monitoring your posts immediately. You can track reply volume and open rates in real time from your dashboard.

Your first automation is live! Check the Analytics tab after 24 hours to see your first performance data.
