Configure a tag action

ActionAdd tag or Remove tag
TagsOne or more tags separated by commas, for example lead, vip. They are stored in lower case.

A tag action runs as soon as the flow reaches it and sends nothing, so it also runs right after the private reply to a comment. Publishing is refused while an action has no tag.

Where tags are used

  • Conditions

    Branch on tags later in the same flow or in another automation. See conditions and branching.

  • Contacts

    Filter the contact list by tag and export it. See contacts.

  • Inbox

    See a contact's tags next to the conversation, and add or remove them by hand. See inbox and conversations.

  • Broadcasts

    Send a broadcast only to contacts with one tag. See broadcasts.
