Plans
Every plan includes every feature. Plans differ in how many automated replies a month and how many Instagram accounts they allow. Paying yearly saves 20%. More on the pricing page.

Prices per month. Yearly plans are billed once a year.
Every workspace starts on Starter, which is free, has no end date and needs no payment details.
How replies are counted
- Counted
Every automated DM Instagram accepts, including private replies to comments and broadcast messages.
- Not counted
Replies you write yourself in the inbox, and public replies under comments.
- Reset
The count starts again on the first day of each month (UTC).
- At the limit
Automations stop sending DMs until the next month or an upgrade, and the automation's activity shows why. Broadcasts skip the remaining people. The inbox keeps working.
- Accounts
Connecting another Instagram account is refused once the plan's accounts are in use. Reconnecting an account the workspace already has always works.
Free trial
A workspace can try a paid plan free for 14 days before its first subscription. You add a payment method when the trial starts, and nothing is charged until it ends. Cancel before then and nothing is charged at all.
Each payment method gets one trial. If a trial starts with a payment method that already had one in another workspace, that trial is cancelled right away without a charge, and the workspace can subscribe without a trial.
Currency and tax
Prices are the same number in US dollars and euros. Visitors in the EU, the EEA, Switzerland and the UK see euros, including VAT; everyone else sees dollars, with any tax added at checkout. On the billing page you can switch the currency until the workspace's first subscription, which then fixes it. Businesses in the EU can enter their VAT ID at checkout.
Choose a plan
Open Billing from the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar. It shows the current plan, this month's usage and every plan, monthly or yearly. Owners and admins select a plan there and pay in Stripe's checkout; members see the plan but cannot change it.
Payment method, invoices and changes
Settings, Billing shows the plan with the next charge, the saved payment method, the billing name and email, and the latest invoices to view or download as PDF. Manage billing opens Stripe's billing portal, which also lists older invoices.
