Overview	A summary of the workspace with key numbers, message volume and what needs attention.
Automations	Every automation with its trigger, replies, open rate and status. Select one to open it in the flow builder.
Templates	Complete starter flows for new automations. See templates.
Contacts	Everyone your automations talked to, plus people you added or imported. See contacts.
Broadcasts	One-time DMs to people who wrote to you in the last 24 hours. See broadcasts.
Conversations	The live inbox for Instagram DMs. See inbox and conversations.
Analytics	Numbers and charts for 7, 30 or 90 days, with a CSV export. See analytics.
Integrations	Connecting Instagram and the security settings of connected accounts. See integrations.

On a phone, the bar at the bottom holds Overview, Automations, Contacts and Conversations, and More opens everything else.

Key numbers
Replies sent by automations, leads captured, the DM open rate and broadcast messages sent.
Message volume
Messages sent and received per day over the last 7 days.
Needs attention
Unread conversations, scheduled broadcasts and connected integrations, each linking to its page.
Top automations and recent contacts
The most recently updated automations and the newest contacts.

How replies, opens and leads are counted is explained in analytics and metrics.

Workspace switcher
At the top of the sidebar. Switch between your workspaces or create a new one. See workspaces.
Account menu
Your profile at the bottom of the sidebar opens Settings, Billing and Log out. See profile settings and plans and billing.
