Profile settings

Open the settings

Select your profile at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Settings, or select the gear icon next to it. The settings have five tabs: Profile, Team, Billing, Notifications and Security.

Profile photo

Select Upload photo and choose a JPG, PNG, GIF or WebP image of up to 2 MB. It appears in the sidebar and wherever your team sees you, for example when a conversation is assigned to you. Change photo replaces it and Remove deletes it.

Profile details

Edit your full name, bio and website, then select Save changes. Your email address and the workspace name are shown but cannot be changed here.

• Notifications

  The emails ChatPeak sends you. See notification emails.

• Security

  Your password. See password and security.

Log out

Select Log out in the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar, or at the bottom of the settings menu.
