ManyChat: manychat.com/pricing and help.manychat.com, checked on 14 September 2026. ManyChat's pricing by active contacts applies by default to accounts created on or after 2 March 2026, existing accounts move over country by country, and ManyChat says plans can vary by region, so check its pricing page for your account.
Where ManyChat is the stronger choice

WhatsApp, Messenger, TikTok, Telegram, email and SMS next to Instagram. ChatPeak only supports Instagram.
- More Instagram triggers
ManyChat lists follow to DM, story mention replies and Instagram Live comments, which ChatPeak does not offer.
- AI and integrations
AI replies and a knowledge base from Pro, plus Zapier, Make, an API and tools like HubSpot, Klaviyo and Mailchimp. ChatPeak has no automated AI replies and none of these integrations; its inbox only offers AI drafts for replies you send yourself, where drafts are set up.

What a month costs
The two tools count different things, so the cheaper one depends on how you use it. ManyChat counts each person you exchange messages with once a month, however many messages that takes. ChatPeak counts each automated DM, and stops sending automated DMs at the limit instead of charging more. ManyChat lets you set a contact limit, so overages stop at a number you choose.
