Remove ChatPeak from Instagram
In the Instagram app, open Settings and activity, go to Apps and websites, and remove ChatPeak. Instagram tells us right away and we disconnect your account.
To erase the data as well, choose to send a deletion request when Instagram offers it. ChatPeak deletes everything listed below as soon as the request arrives.
Disconnect in the ChatPeak dashboard
Workspace owners and admins can open Integrations, choose Instagram, and disconnect the account. The access token is deleted immediately and automations stop answering.
Conversations and contacts stay in the workspace after a disconnect. Delete them in the dashboard or ask us to delete them for you.
Ask us by email
Write to hello@chatpeak.app from the email address of your ChatPeak account and tell us which Instagram account the request is about. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- *Conversations and messages received or sent through the Instagram account
- *Contacts created from those conversations, comments and story replies
- *Webhook events Instagram sent for the account
- *The connection itself, including its encrypted access token
